COLLECTIONS

Following on from the government announcement we will continue to operate our phone and collect service where we will give you a time slot to collect your goods. This is to limit the amount of people on site to help adhere to social distancing guidelines. Please do not turn up unannounced.

You can contact us on the following to book a time slot for collection. This applies to all goods (bulk, felts, packed emulsions, bottled gas, tools, PPE) etc:

Please do not call the Trade Centre direct for a time slot, all bookings must go through the sales office

Due to the current situation there may be times when the sales office is short staffed so please use the mobile numbers above or alternatively send an email to the above address if you can’t get through on the landline.

We will unfortunately not be able to accept cash on site for payment of goods at this current time.

Face coverings are mandatory on site unless you are medically exempt.

There will be no customer access to the trade counter at this current time.

We are using a track and trace system so if you have the NHS covid-19 app then please use the QR codes on site or alternatively please give your details to a member of staff and please respect social distancing guidelines.

DELIVERIES

Our delivery service is still available although lead times may be extended due to the current situation.

If you have any specific site guidelines that our drivers need to adhere to then please let us know when placing your order and we will work with you on these.
