Following on from our site closure over the weekend we are pleased to announce the Ayton products site will re-open from Monday 23rd November 2020 for bulk and packed product collections.

As from Monday we will be operating on a ‘phone and collect’ service where we will be trialling the use of time slots for your collections, this is so we can limit the number of people on site at a time. If you can also provide details of what you require so we can prepare the materials ready for your collection.

You need to contact us on the following to book a time slot for collection this applies to all goods (bulk, felts, packed emulsions, bottled gas etc:

Please do not call the Trade Centre direct for a time slot, all bookings must go through the sales office

We will unfortunately not be able to accept cash on site for payment of goods, if you don’t have a trade account please ensure you have the means to pay by credit/debit card or by BACS in advance (funds to be cleared before release of goods).

Face coverings are mandatory on site, so unless you are in your vehicle or you are exempt from wearing one due to medical reasons, please wear one.

There will be no customer access to the trade counter at this current time, please follow all instructions provided by our staff on site.

Please do not turn up unannounced or you will be turned away and asked to contact the sales office for a pre-booked time slot. Our staff and customers health and well-being remain our number 1 priority.

We are using a track and trace system so if you have the NHS covid-19 app then please use the QR codes on site or alternatively please give your details to a member of staff and please respect social distancing guidelines.
